Emails Rejected by BT as SPAM

BT is rejecting a lot of emails sent from WSC Gmail accounts as SPAM, please use the link below to see the email I sent to the 27 members whose WSC Alert on Wednesday 18th June 2025 got rejected by BT as SPAM, my email also got rejected by BT as SPAM!

Add the WSC Alert email address as a Safe sender in your BT email account

If you are not receiving the WSC Alert emails in your inbox it could be because your email address has been removed from the alert distribution list following BT’s rejection of a WSC Alert sent to you.

If you would like to recommence receiving alerts you need to add the alert email address alertwsc@gmail.com as a Safe sender in your BT email account. If you use the BT Mail app on your mobile or tablet device you can’t use the app itself to add a Safe sender, you need to access your BT mail settings in a browser.

After you have added the alert email address as a Safe sender in your BT email account please let me know by sending an email to wscmembershipsec@gmail.com, I will then send a test email to you (full of SPAM!) just to make sure emails sent to you from the alert email account are no longer rejected as SPAM. If the test email does not get rejected by BT I will then be able to put your email address back on the alert distribution list.
