I am organising a hard working party on Saturday 16th October to clear and tidy around the boats before the cruisers are all lifted out for winter.
Concentrating on the two areas; (1) between the start hut and fuel store, and (2) between the tractor shed and remaining cruisers, we will move dinghies forwards, cut back hedging and pull up weeds, tidy any rubbish, and replace dinghies.
Can all members who have dinghies in these areas, or who intend to put their cruiser in these areas, come along and help out.
Other jobs will be also need doing around the site, such as cleaning windows, cleaning the bar and kitchen areas, etc.
Bring Work gloves, secateurs, loppers and other useful gardening tools.
